Coronavirus lockdown: A deer spotted freely roaming in a residential area in Guwahati:

Guwahati, April 18: Sambar Deer spotted roaming on Guwahati streets. While human beings are confined to their homes due to the nationwide lockdown across the country, many wild animals were spotted freely roaming in the city streets in different parts of the country.

A Sambar deer was also spotted in Assam, freely roaming in a residential area in Assam’s capital city Guwahati on Friday.

A video of the wild animal went viral on social media.

In the video, some residents of the Krishnanagar area in Guwahati were seen that, they feed the deer and the wild animal was not scared in the presence of human beings.

Assam has reported 34 positive cases for COVID-19 so far and one among the positive patient died on April 10.
