Dilip Ghosh rally

Bengal, 9th November: After dead body politics in Bengal, it’s time for a political battle on food. In one of the strangest allegations made in this election season, BJP workers have alleged that TMC workers ate up food cooked for the party workers in the rally of state president Dilip Ghosh at Haldia district on Sunday.

There are allegations that TMC supporters also attacked the person who was preparing the food and after that even ate up everything which was prepared.

A BJP worker made a sensitive allegation and claimed, “We went to attend the meeting of Dilip Ghosh, after the meeting gets over, a supporter of TMC Aizul Rahman attack on me. They kidnapped us and forcefully asked us to drink alcohol and even beat us up. We had to be rescued later. I didn’t identify the person but all of them were Muslim. Aizul was there. He said that you all are supporting Hindus? Now, will show you how can anyone support Hindu?

An FIR has been registered but no action has been taken yet.

On the other hand, TMC said BJP is making baseless allegations about them.
