Assam rifles extend help to orphanages in Mizoram

Mizoram, Dec 21: Lunglei Battalion of 23 Sector Assam Rifles, under the aegis of Headquarters Inspector General Assam Rifles (East), organized extend helping hand to orphanages in Bethel Centre and KK Home district Lunglei of Mizoram on Sunday.

Extend Helping Hand To Orphanages In Lunglei (Mizoram) Bethel Centre and KK Home Children Home in Lunglei are dedicated to assisting children to keep their hopes and aspirations unclouded and empowering them to have a bright future.

Assam rifles extend help to orphanages in Mizoram

During the present prevailing condition in the state due to COVID-19, Col Bejoy R, SM Commandant of Lunglei Battalion Assam Rifles visited the institutes and provided food items and essentials to safeguard against COVID-19 on 20 Dec 2020.

Keeping in mind the Christmas Eve, a cake cutting the ceremony was also organised while was enjoyed by the children. The management and staff of both the orphanages expressed their gratitude and lauded the sincere efforts of Assam Rifles for the humility and assistance provided towards the children.
